How to get a smart meter

We'll send you an invite when you can get your smart meter(s).

If you haven't received your invite, it means we can't install your smart meter(s) yet. We're fitting them between now and 2020.

You can complete this form to let us know you're interested in getting a smart meter installed. We'll get in touch as soon as we're able to arrange your installation.

Booking your installation

  1. Look out for your invite. We'll send it by email, text message or post.
  2. Once you've got it, give us a call. Before we confirm you can get a smart meter, we'll need to check a few more details with you about your property. If everything's OK, we'll book your installation at a time that suits you.
  3. One of our friendly engineers will install your smart meter(s). They'll also give you a run-through of how to make the most of your new meter(s) and Smart Energy Tracker, as well as some tips to help you save money.

If we can't install your smart meter(s) yet

In some instances, we won't be able to install smart meters yet.

However, we're working hard to fit them for all of our customers as soon as possible.

We'll send you an invite when we can install yours.
