Switching to us is easy

You can switch in a few simple steps

  1. Find out which of our products are available to you.
    Put in your postcode and landline number at the top of this page.
  2. Once you've purchased a product, we'll organise the switchover from your current provider for you. You won't even need to contact them.
  3. We'll keep you up to date every step of the way via email. We'll let you know your start date, as well as give you a copy of the contract, and the terms and conditions.
  4. We'll let you know if an engineer needs to come out and install anything for you.
  5. You'll get your new router in the post. Just plug it in on the day of the switch and you'll be ready to go.

Things you may need to know:

1.  25% discount offer ends 29 June 2017. Terms and conditions apply. 2. £25 energy credit will be applied to your gas or electricity account around 60 days after your phone and broadband contract start date. 4. Our internet security suite includes antivirus, firewall and parental controls which allow you to restrict internet access easily. You can get these tools by downloading the application. After the 18-month initial term, the subscription price is £2 per month. It can be cancelled at any time by contacting us.

5. Cable.co.uk customer satisfaction survey of 6,000 broadband customers ranked SSE in first place with a customer service rating score of 7.94 out of 10. Findings published on 16th November.

The £139 saving is based on taking our Everyday Broadband and Talk Anytime Plus product. This package is usually priced at £31 per month, but will be priced £23.25 per month for an 18 month period when you sign-up to SSE before 29 June 2017. This represents a saving of £139.50.
