A new electricity meter for your home

Your electricity supply cabling has been installed. If you have your Meter Point Administration Number (MPAN), call us on 0345 026 1998 to discuss.

A new gas meter for your home

Your new gas supply has been installed. If you have your Meter Point Reference Number (MPRN), call us on 0345 026 1998 to discuss.

We’re available to take your call Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm.

Just in case you don’t have your supply installed yet, you’ll need to find contact details for your network operator.
