Moving gas and electric to a new home
We'll let you know what information you'll need to hand, then you'll just need to complete our online form and we'll take care of the rest.
Moving home - Pay As You Go meters
If you're moving into a new house that has gas and electricity Pay As You Go meters, please give us a call on 0345 600 2006.
If you've already moved in, we'll need to know your meter readings. Press the display button on the front of your PAYG gas or electricity meter. Work through all the screens that come up and write down what appears on each screen.
Moving your phone and broadband
Moving into a new home soon? It's best to plan ahead when moving phone and broadband over to the new address as it can take at least 14 days to get you up and running.
You could think about upgrading your internet speed with one of our high speed fibre broadband plans. Use our tool to check if you have fibre optic broadband in your area.
