You can also keep track of your energy usage if you have a smart meter and manage payments:

Access your energy account information with the My SSE App
Having everything in one place helps you to better understand your energy account and keep track of your usage. The My SSE App gives you your own energy summary, displaying all you need to know on the start screen, or “dashboard”.
It will show your up-to-date account balances and provide details of your next bill and payment dates. You can also submit a meter reading, or view your usage if you have a smart meter.
