SSE Smart Pay As You Go Cards for gas and electricity

You need a smart Pay As You Go card to top-up your smart Pay As You Go meter.

If you lose your smart Pay As You Go card, you can contact us or call our support team on 0345 026 0677.

We'll send you a replacement card free of charge.

Topping up without your card

Whilst you're waiting for your new card, you can still use your smart Pay As You Go card number to top-up. We'll tell you this number over the phone.

It's worth keeping a note of your card number in case you lose the card again, as it will stay the same. You’ll also find your card number on your top-up receipt.
