You need a smart Pay As You Go card to top-up your smart Pay As You Go meter.
If you lose your smart Pay As You Go card, give us a call on 0345 026 0677.
We'll send you a replacement card free of charge.
Whilst you're waiting for your new card, you can still use your smart Pay As You Go card number to top-up. We'll tell you this number over the phone.
It's worth keeping a note of your card number in case you lose the card again, as it will stay the same.
