Set up an online account

If you haven’t got an online account, you can register for one in three easy steps:

  1. Give us your name, contact number and email address, and create a password.

  2. We’ll send you an email to confirm you’ve registered – you’ll need to click on the link to activate your account.

  3. Add the 10-digit account number from your gas and electricity bills, and you’re done – start managing your bills online.
