We hope you're happy with your Feed-In Tariff and the service we provide. But sometimes things can go wrong and we want you to know what to do if that happens.

What you need to do

If you have a problem, the first thing you should do is give us a call on 0345 071 7827. We'll aim to get things sorted as quickly and easily as possible. We're here 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and from 8am to 2pm on Saturdays.
