Whether you want fixed or flexible, we've got energy tariffs for everyone.  To make sure you're on the right energy deal for you, we'll have a chat about your lifestyle and energy needs. And if we think you'll be better off switching to one of our other energy deals, we'll take care of it for you.

The way you pay

We have lots of ways to pay, from monthly Direct Debit to Pay As You Go meters. So you're to find one that's right for you. If you've got a payment plan with us already, we'll make sure you're paying the right amount and change it if we need to.

If you could save energy

Saving energy means you can save money. We'll ask a few questions so we can offer you personalised energy efficiency advice.

If you can get any extra help

If you need a hand with your energy, we want to help. We'll check if you qualify for things like the Warm Home Discount, Winter Fuel Payment or a discounted energy efficient installation.

How to book your Annual Energy Review

  • Your customer account number (or house number and postcode).
  • Your latest meter reading.
  • Details of any benefits and pensions you receive.
