Changing and resetting your password
This article explains how to change your password for your online account. It also covers what to do if you’ve forgotten it.
Changing your password
To change the password for your online account:
Log in to your account.
Go to the ‘About you’ tab.
Enter a new password under ‘Your password’.
Select ‘update’ at the bottom of the page.
Resetting your password if you forget it
If you’ve forgotten your password, go to the login page and select ‘Forgotten your login details?’. Then enter the email address you use to log into your account – this will usually be the one you used to set up your account.
We’ll send you an email with a link you can use to log in. Make sure you use the link as soon as you can – to keep your account secure, the link will only work for 30 minutes.
Once you’ve logged in, we’ll ask you to change your password.
