Things we may need
We may need to ask you for some information when you call, so it will be helpful to have the following information at that time:
- Executor's full name and details (including forwarding address and a contact telephone number)
- Details of the deceased including their address details
- Customer reference number and an up-to-date meter reading if possible
- Sometimes, we may also need to ask for a copy of the death certificate
