There are a few different ways you can get your bill if you're blind or have sight loss.
Simply choose the options that work best for you.
We can send your paper bills and all letters to you in larger print or Braille.
We can also send you a magnifying strip for free to help you read standard bills more easily.
If you'd prefer to hear your bill, we can send it to you on an audio CD.
Or you can use our Talking Bill service. If you choose this, we'll call you to talk through your bill. We'll also answer any questions you have and we'll help you make payments to your account.
Nominating someone you trust to receive your bills
If you prefer, we can also send your bills to someone you trust.
This could be a friend, family member or carer, for example.
How to request these services
All these services are free. Please call our Careline on 0800 622 838 to ask for them.
We're available 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 2pm on Saturdays.
Priority Services Register
When you get in touch with us we can add your details to the Priority Services Register (PSR). This gives you access to a wide range of extra services.
If you agree, we'll also pass your details to your local network operator so they can give you appropriate support if there are problems with your power supply.
