Getting a smart meter
We’ll send you an invite when we’re able to install your smart meter.
If you haven’t received your invite, it means we can’t install your smart meter yet. We’re installing smart meters between now and 2020.
You can complete this form to let us know you’re interested in getting a smart meter. We’ll get in touch as soon as we’re able to install one for you.
Arranging your smart meter installation
- Look out for your invite. We’ll send it by email, text message or post.
- Once you’ve got it, give us a call. Before we confirm you can have a smart meter, we’ll need to check a few more details with you about your property. If everything’s OK, we’ll book your installation at a time that suits you.
- One of our friendly engineers will install your meters . They’ll also give you a run-through of how to make the most of your new smart meter and Smart Energy Tracker, as well as some tips to help you save money.
If you can't have a smart meter yet
In some instances, we won’t be able to install smart meters yet.
However, we’re working hard to fit them for all of our customers as soon as possible.
We’ll send you an invite when we can install yours.
