When you sign up to our Fix 2020, you’ll get peace of mind knowing your prices won’t go up for 3 years. Not only will your energy prices not rise during that time, but there’s no charge to fix!
Pay by monthly Direct Debit and choose paperless bills, and we’ll give you up to £92 off each year.
If you’d like to leave this tariff more than 49 days before the end of the 3 year period, you’ll have to pay an exit fee of £25 per fuel. If you move home, you can take this tariff with you. However, if we don't supply at your new address we won’t charge you a fee.
This tariff is available to both our new and existing customers, but unfortunately isn’t available if you have a Pay As You Go meter. We’ll just need a few details so we can get started.
By signing up to the Fix 2020 tariff you are registering your interest for a Smart Meter. This means we may contact you in the future to discuss a smart meter installation as and when you become eligible.

The estimates included in this application do not include Green Deal Charges.

What you need to know before you apply
If we're taking over the supply of energy from another supplier, you agree to your current supplier transferring the right for us to collect any debt you owe them (in the event we're obliged to). We'll send your Welcome pack by email. This will include your confirmation of contract, tariff information, terms and conditions and cancellation form.
Already one of our customers?
If you're already supplied by us and you're switching to a new tariff, we may review your Direct Debit to make sure your payments cover your usage any debit balance you might have. If we need to change the amount you pay we'll write to you confirming the new amounts.
Direct Debit and paperless billing discounts
Paying by Direct Debit means your bill is £40 less per annum, per fuel, deducted proportionately from your standing charge on a pence per day basis, when compared to using another payment method. Using paperless billing means your bill is £6 less per annum, per fuel, deducted proportionately from your standing charge on a pence per day basis, when compared to using another billing method. Inclusive of VAT at 5%.
