Transferring to us from another provider
It can take up to 23 days to provide you with your phone service. We'll confirm all the details of your transfer (including the date your service will start) by email.
We'll include calls during evenings and weekends to numbers beginning 01, 02 and 03 for up to 70 minutes. If you still need to talk for longer, simply hang up and redial before 70 minutes to avoid additional charges. Evening and Weekend calls are those calls starting from 7pm to 7am during the week and at all times at the weekend.
We'll also include calls to 0845 and 0870 numbers for up to 70 minutes during evening and weekend period. However, this doesn't include calls to indirect access numbers or dial-up Internet access. We've set a fair use policy with a maximum of 1,000 minutes or 150 calls a month. If you go over this, we'll charge for the extra calls.
We don't include calls to personal numbers beginning 070.

You'll need to keep your phone package for the whole of the 18 month contract to benefit from the offer.
If you change your phone package with SSE, then you'll pay the full cost of your new phone package.
If you wish to leave your phone contract after the cancellation period, but before the end of your fixed term, you'll need to pay a termination charge. This will be £6.50 for each remaining month from your 18-month fixed term.
Please see the 'Definitive prices' section below for more information on cancellation and termination fees. If you've already got a phone and/or broadband fixed-term contract with us, you can still get this offer. But you may need to pay a fee to end your existing contract early.
Prices and mobile rates
1.The key prices that form part of the Talk (15) packages won't increase during the fixed term, except where there's an increase to VAT or any other relevant tax/levy. The key prices are listed in the Talk Price Table and Important Information.
2.The mobile rates listed in the pricing table apply seven days a week for calls to the following networks: O2, Orange, Vodafone and T-Mobile. Calls to personal numbers beginning 070 have different rates from standard mobile calls and both types are excluded from call packages.
If you don't have a phone line you'll need to pay a 'New line provision' charge of £60.
