We've won five Uswitch Energy Awards 2020
Uswitch is a popular comparison and switching service, accredited by Ofgem under their Confidence Code. Every year Uswitch ask thousands of customers to rate their energy suppliers across several categories and present their energy awards to the top-rated companies.
This year we’re over the moon to have won five Uswitch Energy Awards. That includes being named best large supplier for Best Online Experience - which we hope you’re enjoying right now. We also won best large supplier in four other categories:

Top ten in Citizens Advice customer service ratings
The Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) was established in the UK in the 1930s. Their network of independent charities helps millions of people with every aspect of life.
Every three months CAB compares energy suppliers across five categories and rates each supplier’s customer service out of five. From this, they rank each supplier, with the highest rated coming top.
We scored a top ten spot in their most recent ratings from Jan - March 2020, including scores of 5 out of 5 for easier switching and our customer guarantees. In fact, we've been in the top ten ever since the ratings started. And we've been number one twice.
